Concise Introduction to EU Private International Law

This concise book is mainly intended to be used as an introduction to the rules of private international law belonging to the legal system of the European Union. It is our hope that it can be useful as an introductory textbook in elective undergraduate courses and master programs on EU law offered today by many law schools both to their own students and to exchange students.

The book will hopefully also serve as a springboard towards more profound studies of statutory texts, case law and legal literature.
